Attorney with 3-5 years of experience


Corporate Experience: Candidate must possess significant hands-on general contract drafting experience and excellent analytic, oral and written communication skills.  Position requires drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide spectrum of contracts, including LLC and shareholder agreements, commercial leases, technology licensing, sale and purchase, employment agreements, and more.  Litigation experience is a plus.

Service Requirements: Must possess between 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, client service focus, top quality work product, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  We are looking for a lawyer who can work independently and who consistently demonstrates good judgment.

Academic Requirements: Law journal membership and top law school credentials; experience with top New York law firm a plus; admission to NY Bar is mandatory and New Jersey admission would be advantageous.

Bookkeeper


Bookkeeper wanted approximately 4 to 8 hours per week. Responsibilities include processing deposits, invoices, bills, petty cash, and credit card and bank reconciliations. Experience with Quickbooks is required.
