About Kevin

Kevin T. Norman is a business lawyer with experience representing a broad range of public and private companies on U.S. and international transactions.

Mr. Norman’s practice includes structuring, drafting and negotiating investment, merger and acquisition, and technology agreements.  Mr. Norman also has been extensively involved in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of operating agreements, shareholder agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, SEC compliance, term sheets, leases and assignments, letters of intent and memoranda of understanding, strategic and joint venture agreements.

Prior to joining Shelowitz & Associates, Kevin was associated with the leading firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where he was in the Corporate Department.
